Maine Supply Co., Inc. will accept returns on most products in NEW condition if they are not custom made items such as all linen and vinyl products. Credits will be applied, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and a restocking fee of 25 to 50%.
All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials. Please pack the products in their original box with plenty of packing material and mark with the return authorization provided to you from our customer service representative. Make sure to ship your product back insured and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR AN RMA NUMBER
Napkins & Tablecloths
Defective items or shortages must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of product. Some of our factories do not accept returns. There will be a 50% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling on items that can be returned. No returns accepted on Round or Rectangular Banquet or "Special" order tablecloths & napkins.
Laminated & Vinyl Tablecloths
Defective items or shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. Laminated and Vinyl Tablecloths are made to order and are NOT returnable unless found to be defective.
Defective, damaged, or shorted items must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of the product. Returns may be accepted within 14 days. A restocking fee up to 35%, plus shipping & handling may be applied. No custom products are returnable.
