The Haiku Damascus 10.5" Carving Knife is perfect for making thin even, slices from larger roasts, hams and other boneless meats. The knife will also create paper-thin slices of cured salmon and prosciutto, or even do a very respectable job as a sashimi knife. Line up your cut and pull the blade across the surface; the edge will take care of the rest. Learn More

The Chroma Haiku Damascus Series is a celebration of the tradition and excellence of Japanese cutlery. Chroma has contracted the highly skilled Master Knife Smiths of the Sumikama company to hand-forge and hand-finish each blade using the traditional forge-welding process. The tell-tale wavy pattern on the flats of the blade are created when the knife is ground and polished into shape.
