Chroma Haiku Damascus 7 ¼ inch Santoku Knife

Chroma Haiku Damascus 7 ¼ inch Santoku Knife

Description
The Haiku Damascus 7.25" Santoku Knife has a significant curvature at the upper third of the edge, making it about the only Japanese Santoku that we've seen that can be used for rocker-style cutting. The fine edge is well-supported by a deep blade all the way to the tip for super-precise and straight chop-cuts and slicing.

The Chroma Haiku Damascus Series is a celebration of the tradition and excellence of Japanese cutlery. Chroma has contracted the highly skilled Master Knife Smiths of the Sumikama company to hand-forge and hand-finish each blade using the traditional forge-welding process. The tell-tale wavy pattern on the flats of the blade are created when the knife is ground and polished into shape.
