Description
The Haiku Damascus Chef's Knife features unparalleled Japanese craftsmanship and materials in a very familiar and versatile shape. This Japanese Chef's Knife can do anything it's German counterparts can do, but with a thinner, harder and sharper edge that leads to faster, more precise performance.
The Chroma Haiku Damascus Series is a celebration of the tradition and excellence of Japanese cutlery. Chroma has contracted the highly skilled Master Knife Smiths of the Sumikama company to hand-forge and hand-finish each blade using the traditional forge-welding process. The tell-tale wavy pattern on the flats of the blade are created when the knife is ground and polished into shape.
